Spotlight: Conscious Conversations with Chloe Elgar

in Guest Posts on 03/21/17

Today on the blog we are thrilled to be giving a platform to share more on the topic of Conscious Relationships.

But first, some back story:

So, a few weeks ago we met Chloe from Chloe’s Counter Top at an event and needless to say we vibed right away. She’s a bright, fiery energy who is fearlessly chasing her dreams and inspiring those around her.

(Check out her links below if you’re interested in seeing what she’s been up to lately – hint: it’s amazing)

Since that event, we’ve been chatting back and forth and when the topic of her podcast came up, specifically her latest episode, a collaboration was obvious.

Among a multitude of other things, Chloe hosts a podcast called Conscious Conversations.

It’s a platform to inspire global awareness and conversations around anxieties, fears and imbalances specifically related to body image, eating and living consciously and life purpose. Through sharing stories and dropping the veil of perfection, we allow space for connection, truth and freedom. Guests come from all walks of life- women and men, who are ready and willing to be vulnerable and step into an are of unknown.

In this episode featured below, Chloe has her very own husband, Faris, on the infamous couch, to dive into their relationship story and Conscious Relationships.

Give it a listen:

They begin the episode sharing their individual versions of how met, through world travel, risk taking and epic car battles.  They’re so open and raw about the inner workings, it’s refreshing (and validating!) to hear that we’re not alone in squabbles, struggles, and connection. Then it’s more good stuff, getting to know her husband Faris a little better and great questions on Conscious Relationships.

Thank you for collaborating and sharing your podcast with The relationship Project on this great topic and, more importantly, affirming the message that relationships are real and take work. They’re beautiful and messy, non-linear and thriving, learning and sharing. We loved it!

I’m sure we’ll be collaborating again in the future soon, stay tuned friends. We highly recommend  peeking into what Chloe is up to, you can find her links below.

We’re happy to share the podcast Conscious Conversations: Faris Oweis & Chloe Elgar | This Is Us.

Tell us friends, what do you think about Conscious Relationships?
